During the off season, you should be on the couch, just hanging out...right?
Every week you take off, it takes 2-3 weeks to come back to that same level. And that is saying
you didn't have an injury!
Remember, those of you who had injuries this summer, you have to train and aid these areas
of your body before you continue training. You will never achieve success untill you listen to your body!
The athletes who we admire in life saving have a couple things in common. A positive diet
that is balanced all year round. Cross training that is balanced all year round. And a Job. Make the most of each training
session!
